Good board for i5-2500k

i will be using i5-2500k and running some Virtual Machines and some editing so minimal graphics will be used...
what is the good board for this i5? the problem is some boards in my country are overpriced, so im down to these choices

The biostar tz68a is only $99 at newegg and has onboard graphics. If you want to overclock, download the board bios and check the settings. It only take a few minutes.
