Maintenance of the motherboard

Hello, a laptop suddenly goes off after being clean up.after a second clean up, it came starts working for sometime goes off again and only blinks the power button when powered on.

What are you cleaning it with? I recommend a canned air solvent that evaporates qiuckly and leaves no residue. They sell for about $5.
