I dont think anyone recommends 465s. The 460s are about as fast and use much less power and generate less heat and noise. Either go with 460 1GB or a 470 (or a 5850).

That is an old motherboard and RAM. Get a newer AM3 motherboard with USB3 and DDR3 RAM for about the same price.

Antec Neo Eco 620. Better quality, more 12V amperage for the same price.

I think it's kind of silly to put a mATX motherboard in a mid tower case. Check this one out; it has an extra PCI-E x16 slot, USB 3.0 ports, and Sata 6Gb/s ports. It isn't too much more, either.

If you know that it is possible to unlock that GTX 465 to a 470, go with it. Otherwise, here is a GTX 470 for $250 (after 10% with the promo code EMCYWNV49).
