Corsair or g skil

i am purchasing a sabertooth P67 board with i5 2500k cou and noctua c14 cooler im worried about ram hieght so tossing up between 16GB of Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 4GB (1x4GB) DDR3 or 16 GB G.Skill Ripjaws F3-10666CL9Q-16GBRL (4x4GB) DDR3


will Either RAM work just as good or is one better than the other?

Go for value, and ram rated at 1.5v. I've used both brands, and they work fine.
