Formatting a Single Raid Drive to Windows Format

I need to know how I can format a Raid Hard Drive to a Windows Format.

Raid drive issues and windows format issues are different...

Windows format Hdd = MBR (Master Boot Record)

Raid issues can occur when you reset your bios and your boot configuration is not longer set to the correct RAID.

i have a single hd from an xp raid 1, i can boot up in safe mode only, can i do an xp repair install to boot up fully?
