Which Motherboard?

Hi all,

another build, another question. I cannot decide on which motherboard for this system:
CPU - i7-2600k + D14 cooler
PSU - Corsair AX1200
GPU - 4GB 6990 + 2GB 6970 CF
RAM - 8GB ripjaws x (1600 or maybe 2133 if mobo supports it)
MOBO - ???

Cant decide between ASRock Extreme 4 ($205) and Asus P8Z68 V ($219 or $249 for the Pro). Please help me out?

I know none have 16x/16x CF capabilities but from reviews it seems to only add <2% in performance and the cheapest board with a NF200 chip is the Gigabtye UD7-B3 ($389) so I am not convinced its worth the extra money. Is it?

Will be used for gaming, graphic design and 3D modelling on eyefinity setup.

Thanks
