GPU's not running correctly?

Hey guys.

Running two XFX 5870's in SLI however I'm not sure they are working properly. Got some screenshots for people to look at and try and explain it too me, first thing I noticed was the second GPU's RIDICULOUSLY low clocks.

Those are the two different cards.... Something seems wrong to me.

Rest of the system specs are:

Intel Core I7 930 @ 2.8ghz
Corsair Dominator 6.00GB tri channel ram
850+ watt corsair HX series power supply
Asus p6x58d - e mobo

Ask if you need something clarified, really want to get this sorted ><

Hello and welcome to the forums
We can't judge much about it because you run the game in window mode, so open GPU-Z and select the second VGA's sensor,then play a game for about 5-10 minutes in full screen mode,then press alt+enter,then check GPU-Z,and tell us if its still reporting 157/300.
Because the second card,always has lower temps and is under clocked in 2D mode,but as soon as you run a game,after a few minutes it should work at its 3D speeds
