I Need a good gaming build for Gaming/Audio Production

So i have $525 in my budget. Well i just want a gaming computer and i was wandering if that PC can be also good for Audio Production and some video production... SInce i am a rapper. what would be extra needed if i want to make a Small Audio Production Studio

Is the Operating System a part of this budget of $525? or do you already have the OS? Do you already have speakers?

i have speakers and everything and OS just need the components
