Any LGA 1155 will fit an i5-2500K.

To overclock you will need one with a P67 or Z68 chipset.

It looks like you copied that name from somewhere. Are you planning on buying this system from a Cyberpowerpc type place? Because you'd be better off saving your money and overclocking it yourself (it's very easy) than paying for them to do it.

Cheers

To overclock a Intel® Core™ i5-2500K you need to use a motherboard with a P67 or Z68 chipset. On the P67 you can only overclock the core speed and on the Z68 (most of them at least) you can overclock the core clock speed and the IGP.

If you are going to overclock please make sure that you have good cooling to deal with the increased heat of the processor.
