Currupted Flash Drive

I have a 64GB Flash Drive and when I connect it, Windows makes a sound indicating a USB device is connected, but doesn't show up in My Computer, not even Disk Management. I tried connecting it to a Mac and again, nothing shows up. What should I do.. Please help

Perhaps, it is failing or died. You'd better take it to a specialist for help.
