[Urgent] Need some quick advice

Ok so im thinking about buying this amazing deal that hit Newegg.com today:

It includes an XFX 250 512mb 256-bit gddr3, and a half decent xfx 650W power supply after rebates for only $99.99 here is my situation I want to upgrade my bothers computer, and my own so we can both play Starcraft 2. I have a AMD 955, and he has a Intel core 2 duo processor. What I'm thinking of doing is putting my old BFG 9500 GT 1gb video card into his system, and using the GTS 250 on my AMD. He runs at a 1280x1024 resolution, and i run at 1920x1080. Would we both be able to play the game at max settings with this setup or at least one of them? Thanks in advance for any advice.
