Unable to find removable drive

Hello,
I've tried what phil22 said to;Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management,its there but says unknow,not initialized,but the sound is there and the usb connector shows its plugged in . What can i do??

Did you try right-click >> initialise in Disk Management?
