i satarted my computer suddenly it use to switch off and i have restart by pressing and now it shows there is an over supply of voltage and so it is
restricted by Anti surge technology, so what should i have to do during this situation

Nothing in your computer reports an 'over supply of voltage'. If you have a error message, report what the message actually said. Only then can a useful reply exist.
