Recommendations for EATX/SSI EEB cases

Hello,
I am in the market to purchase a case (not rack) for a server motherboard. The pickings on newegg are sparse so here I am, turning to you guys for recommendations. I have a limited budget, so I would like to keep the case (no PSU) below $100 and if you could please, a recommendation for an online purchase site would be greatly appreciated as well.

SSI EEB and EATX are not compatible so you need to pick one according to the mobo.
