Motherboard for Sandy bridge

I'm looking for a motherboard for $100-$150 and Microcenter is an option.

With this computer, I will be:
-Gaming with discrete graphics card
-Rendering a lot of HD videos
-Not overclocking
-possibly buying an SSD as a boot drive

I think P67 or H67 will be enough for me, but I'm not sure which brand I should go for because of all the mixed reviews on the mid-range boards.

  1. You'll always get mixed reviews. I'm using biostar and foxconn, low end boards. But they work fine for me. Also look at gigabyte and asrock.

I'm thinking about a Gigabyte board because I saw a deal at Microcenter.

I had an Asus board and an Asus laptop that worked great. I also had an Asrock that I had to RMA because it was DOA.
