Fastest cpu for toshiba tecra a2

Hello,
i wanto upgrade my cpu in my toshiba tecra a2. i am just wondering what sort of cpu do i have to look for/buy. as i no hardly anything about cpus. plz help asap

Unless you know what you are doing with laptops, I suggest saving your money and investing in a new laptop. There are too many variables involved: Finding a compatible CPU that works with the chipset, power requirements, extra heat, etc...

And a lot of times, manufacturers solder the CPU to the motherboard so it can't be removed.
