comes out to $1,047.87 before shipping. How does it look? Does it all mesh well - any ideas for replacement parts?

It will all mess together just fine. Nothing major is required to change.

1) You could drop down to the Corsair 750TX, if there is a combo deal, and still be good for Crossfire.

2) You could look to cut cost with your motherboard and just pick up a 890GX board. You will see little difference between x16,x16 from x8,x8.

Unless I'm just not finding it the 750tx combo with ram appears to be more expensive...

Also regarding the mobo.. i've heard the FX boards are better for gaming. The degree would dictate the price.
