3TB HDD for data, any issues ?

Is there any issues in using a 3TB HDD as a secondary drive for data (not boot) in Win7 64-bit ? My mother is Asus P8P67pro rev 3.1
Also... SeaGate or Western Digital ? same spec, same price.

a quick check in the net. i can see you have a UEFI bios. so i don't think you'll have a problem. just convert the 3TB to GPT to "see" all of the 3tb
