I booted up and logged in and it got stuck on the preparing desktop screen. I waited and after about 3 minutes my screen popped up black with nothing on it except these 2 messages....

I restarted 3 times before everything loaded as normal......I have an ssd and even when it boots up properly it has been going slow for an ssd. I have a Kingston Hyper X 3K...it has been working fine for the 3 months prior that I have owned it.

any ideas? is my ssd already going bad?

Sounds like it's time to back up all your important data and do a clean re install of Windows IMO.

I have most of my stuff saved on my secondary back up drive......I just thought I would check and see if anyone knows of an easy fix or why this is happening before I do that

I gave in and reinstalled.....every couple of boots I still get a blue screen that says like system dump to memory or something....then my computer reboots and it usually works the second time....could I have bad memory?
