Hello,
I bought a video card called geforce gtx460 so i wanted to know what type of 550W power supply will work?

I have a Foxconn G33M02 motherboard and a Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53GHz

I know that i have an extremely old motherboard and CPU.

The Corsair VX550W would do you just fine. Another option is the Seasonic 520W PSU. Cant remember the exact model number.

Try a Silverstone Strider 600W. Don't settle at 550W just in case for future upgrade at least you still have plenty of power. But of course you don't have to choose Silverstone, Corsair are excellent PSU.

It would take quite a bit of upgrading his Dell before he'd have to worry about overloading a 550 watt psu, and an extra 50 watts really wouldn't amount to much once you go that far with upgrades.
