Can i use RAM 553 with ram 667 at a time

can i use RAM 553, 1gb ram with ram 667 2gb ram at a time in 11 desktop pc?

yes it is win7 32-bit , but just worried that my pc is now more than 3 yrs old so is it still capable to run or compatible 4 GB RAM. or my money goes to waste.
