Asus M3N72-D mother board can i fit

Hello,
Would it be possible to fit a AM3 CPU to this mother board
it says i ca on the asus website but i dont really understand it and some advice would help

are they quad core as it's the CPU thats holding my system back

yeah Malmental i already got it Sli twin Nvida Geforce 9600gt 1gb as gaming is my bag lol
i update to 1507 bios update i never had any problems till the dreaded COD7 arrived
i can play all my other games fine no lag or anything
I'm running a Athlon 64 x2 4200+

i been given a AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+which i hope will improve it a bit till i can save for a more substatial upgrade

i not running windows 7 yet still on Vista 64

it was a windsor class it's fitted its improved a bit but i still need that more i think
i'll think about upgrading my OS
But i wonder if any one can tell me how many computers can i install it too if i purchase it as i got this rig and 2 laptops

well i upgraded my CPU to a AMD Phenom II X4 965 black edition (thanks Santa lol)
WOW what a difference i can play COD 7 at Between 60 and 90 FPS no problems
and all my other games look that much better i didn't realise lol

i will update my OS and GPU card next i think when i saved more money
