Where do i plug the POWER SW on a asrock m3a770de?

I'm having some trouble finding where to put these plugs. One says POWER SW and the other says RESET SW. I have a m3a770de motherboard and i THINK i need to plug them into the orange thing near all of the blue USB ones. please send a little help my way! ftp://174.142.97.10/manual/M3A770DE.pdf is a link to the online adobe manual if u need a reference.
