Need help choosing christmas present for my sister.

Hi, I'm hoping to buy a external optical drive for my sister this Christmas. Problem is, I'm not sure which to get. Could anyone recommend a good quality drive around the £30 mark?

She'll use it for watching DVDs on her netbook and burning music onto CDs. What should I look out for?

why don't you get her a laptop that has ALL the features she would ever need?

carrying around an external drive with cables is sooo cumbersome - and is like so 2001

£30 laptop.... Please.

She only uses the netbook at home so the cable won't bother her. Everywhere else she uses her iPhone.
