Hey! You guys were really helpful the last time i asked a question and ive got another one so any help is much appreciated. Im a first time builder and i want to know what motherboard and case would be best for me to use from this site, coupled with the other components ive picked out so far.

the website is www.bewawa.com and im using them and tiger direct to get things because i dont want to wait for shipping and these guys deliver on the same day and many of their prices are lower than tiger direct.

my target budget for the mobo is 150 or less and the case should be less than 100. Also can you take into account what case would be easiest to build in for first timer?

The componenets ive picked out so far are:

GPU:

Radeon HD 5850
http://www.bewawa.com/visiontek-radeon-hd-5850-1gb-256-...

CPU:

Phenom II Black Edition 965
http://www.bewawa.com/amd-hdz965fbgibox-phenom-ii-x4-96...

RAM:

Patriot g series 1600 mhz ram
http://www.bewawa.com/hardware/memory-upgrades/pc-deskt...

if anyone has any suggestions on what to change with my decided components and what mobo/case to get from there, they would be much appreciated. Also i heard that theres no difference between 1333 mhz and 1600 mhz in this situation so should i just get the cheaper 1333 mhz ram? I know this is a lot of questions but your help is high valued and pretty necessary for me in this. Thanks in advance!

For a case I would suggest one of these:
Antec Nine Hundred
Thermaltake V3
Antec Three Hundred
The first two will be much better at cable managing.

For a motherboard I would suggest this if you want to be able to crossfire in the future:
Gigabyte GA-890XA-UD3
If you don't want CF, then this:
Asus M4A87TD USB3
If you don't want one of the newest chipsets then you can get a motherboard that is cheaper.

I think the RAM you have chosen is probably the best option from that site, as anything that is cheaper is the older OCZ RAM which has a bad reputation for being difficult to run stably.

What PSU are you planning on using?

I need help with the psu too :D

Ive read that corsair makes the best psus but neither tigerdirect nor bewawa have corsair psus :(

To me it looks like the PSUs on bewawa are considerably overpriced, on tigerdirect it lists the Corsair TX750 at $120 or $90 after rebate http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/ite... on bewawa it costs $170 http://www.bewawa.com/750w-power-supply.html

So I will be making my PSU recommendation from tigerdirect. If you don't want a PSU that can power two 5850s then get this OCZ StealthXStream II 600W $40 after rebate. If you do want the option to crossfire get this one: XFX P1-650X-CAG9 650W XXX Edition 80Plus Bronze Modular $70 after rebate. Corsair do sell lots of good PSUs, but a lot of the time they aren't worth their price or aren't the best option as you can get better ones (modular, higher efficiency, better performer, quieter, more cables, more power etc) for a similar price, if not cheaper. For instance the Corsair TX650 is $80 on TD but the XFX is a much better PSU and it is cheaper.
