-Kingston 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz HyperX Memory Kit CL9(9-9-9-27) 1.7 - 1.9V
-Corsair 650W TX Series PSU - 120mm Fan, 80+% Efficiency, Single +12V Rail

You could either go for a monitor with a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 or 1080 (Typically 20" ++), or go all the way and get a monitor with native res of 2560 x 1200(30"). Obviously, performance is better on the 20"++, but the HD4870 will have no problem with 30" monitors. Just make sure you turn off anti-aliasing if you get a 30" monitor to improve performance.

I myself use a 23" Samsung SyncMaster P2370 with a Palit HD4850 Sonic 1Gb further over clocked. No problems at all.
