Cheap Office PC Build

I gotta build a PC for my sister who got out of college a few months ago.

The budget is 400$ ish and it'll be used for word, internet, and maybe a flash game or two. She multi tasks A LOT so I don't think a sempron will cut it (word open with youtube and face book) with a bunch of stuff in the background.

What I don't need is a keyboard, mouse and optical drive ( I bought like 20 of em when they were on sale for 5$)

1. CPU is a dual, however for a little more, a tricore may be beneficial in multi tasking loads.

2. That n430 is a very old chipset (~2005/2006ish), at least try and get a 630a based board like this:
Ideally, you'd have a 785G, 770,etc based board like this:

3. Try and get a single 2GB DIMM not 2x1GB.

4. Everything else looks fine.
