New system for performing operation cad/photoshop.

I am looking at building a new desktop, I do a decent amount of AutoCad and photoshop CS4 editing, also surf the net, play music, download,open/scan documents/ perform hard drive scans, and virus scans, I am looking for a system that will allow me to do most of these without hesitation, or crashing the system down. The cpu that I have looked at is AMD HDT55TFBRBOX Phenom II 1055T Six Core Processor - 2.80GHz, 6MB Cache, 2000MHz (4000 MT/s) FSB, Retail, Socket AM3, Processor with Fanhttp://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6052731&Sku=A79-1055

What do you suggest ? for Ram? Size specs? Graphic card? main board? cooling? hdd? SATA? raid? SCSI?
