Dimension e521 does not save date and time

Hello,
my dimension e521 does not save date and time after shut down or restart and i have also once bios please solve my problem i m in much trouble so gavi me fll idea

There is a battery on your motherboard that provides the power to save your date and time while the PC is turned off. Just power off your PC and unplug it from the wall. Then open it up and locate the battery on the motherboard, carefully remove it, and go purchase a EXACT replacement for it, it must be the same voltage. And then re-install the new battery, problem solved.
