I have a question about ram

hey guys.my pc is
cpu: pentium 4 3.0 ht
ram:1 gb ddr2 800mhz
graphics:gt 220 1 gb ddr3
Hard disk:500gb
os:xp
motherboard:biostar g41-m7

i wanna know if i can add another 2gb of ram in my computer.will my games run faster?

More RAM is always useful, but you have to realise your system is a bit old and outdated. What are you planning to play?

well i want to play black ops and gta4.they both run but some times the builings come a bit later in gta4 and black ops lagg not too much
