Question before I get this spec (x2.260 or x4.640)

Hi is the Asus M4N68T-M V2 a reasonable mobo for these processors (x2 260 and x4 640)?

It is the cheapest mobo in my local store, if I step it up the next one would be Asus M4A88T with a $40 dollars increase.
