ATI 4670 HDMI problem

Well i got an ati 4670 and a samsung xl2370 (23'' 1080p led), in dvi it works perfect but when i put hdmi they apear borders in all the image (top, bottom, left and right). what can i do??

Catalyst CC/Digital Panel/Scaling Options -> set to 0.
