Clone Img HDD 1TB to 256GB SSD [HELP]

Can I use CloneZIlla / Acronis True Image etc to backup only certain files on my C drive since I have a 1TB currently and this is a 256GB SSD, so it wouldn't be able to transfer it all over. I calculated it all up, minus all of my downloads, it would backup 90GB's on my C drive. Is there a feature in CloneZilla to backup only files that you want from the partition?

I know there is anther solution by backing up all my downloads but I would like to avoid that if possible.

If you still might be lost what I am trying to do, I want my current 1TB img to be transferred to my new 256 SSD.
