Help on Samsung HE103SJ for $60

does anyone know if these are now being made by seagate? is there any way to tell? i tried searching google and couldn't find anything. i have had such horrible experiences with seagate hhd's going all the way back to maxtor drives. i will never buy anything they make regardless of how cheap the price is. id love to get a samsung drive but not a drive seagate made while cutting corners and then slapped a samsung sticker on it.
