Good budget/first gaming computer?

all of this will coast me about $850, including OS and shipping(not monitor, keyboard, mouse, but i already have those) is there anything that dosnt work? any better parts out there for around the same money? and where i can shave a couple of bucks? i need to keep it as close to $850 as i can, i might me able to do another $15-$20 bucks but thats about it. and will it be able to run games like:fallout new vages, fallout 3, obilivion, COD MW2, COD MW1, COD WAW, APB, sims 2, sims 3 on high to highest setting with ok fps? please help, i want to order all the parts in the next 3 to 4 days
 
What do you know about this PSU?
Also... what other graphics options do you have besides the HD 5830? We're used to seeing those cards go for $150~$160.

dont worry about the PSU, ive upgraded to a SILVERSTONE DA750 750W ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready Modular Active PFC Power Supply. and as for the video card, what do you mean it goes for $150-$160, if you can, can you please post a link so i can see this?
