$560 which i was trying to stay under 600 for a good gaming pc. I have left plently of room for upgrades such as a x4 to x6 cpu
and possible room for Crossfire video and 16 gb of ram. What im wondering if i decide to sell would i be better off going with the upgradables first or sell as is. How much could i get as is.

I would recommend a better PSU brand, maybe 600 watts would be better.

The HDD you picked out is currently not available.
I'd go for a Western Digital instead.

4gb of ram is good for gaming, the 5770 will handle pretty much anything at lower resolutions and is good on lower settings for high resolutions, the processor is nice for multitasking and should carry you through most games, but there won't be much of an OC headroom on it.

Do you already have your Operating System, case fans, and thermal compound?
