Hi,
I am planning to change my motherboard to a better one. Currently, I am using Asus P5GC-MX/1333. Which mobo will be the best suitable for my requirements (need a mobo with less than 200$ budget). Also, the RAM slot should be DDR2

Processor: Core2Duo (E8400 45 nm processor)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4890 1 GB
PSU: Cooler Master 500 W

IF it's not broken why bother?
If your upgrading a mobo, why still LGA 775 ?
not LGA 1156 or AM3 ?

If you are just upgrading your MB, the performance gain will be negligible. If you are switching system and are just looking for an MB that will accommodate the stated components, then pretty much any 100-150$ P45 MB will fit the bill; something like GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3L or GIGABYTE GA-EP45T-USB3P would be perfect.
