Best Price for these Specs?

I'll be getting a new PC in December, and I'd like to know how cheap I might be able to get these specs- well roughly these:

AMD Phenom II x4 955
ATI Radeon HD 5850 1GB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
4GB DDR3
500GB HDD

My budget is £600-£700.

Also, can I trust newegg to do it?

Newegg only ships to Canada and USA

Prices of the 5XXX will go down in october! new 6XXX will come out, new AMD CPUs will be out in January so AMD prices will go down, never buy in december always buy in january
