Foresee any compatibility issues?

I'd like a machine that will be good for typical home use -- music, movies, ms office, etc. -- but am not enthusiastic about buying something from a major manufacturer because I *believe* it's more cost effective to go the DiY route, so am looking to build something on my own.

Put together these specs...

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX

ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Patriot G Series ‘Sector 5’ Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model PGV34G1333ELK

Power Supply
OCZ Fatal1ty OCZ550FTY 550W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Cooler Master
COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black SECC/ ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Video Card
SAPPHIRE 100296HDMI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Total comes to $608 after $25 combo discount.

What do you think? Will I have any compatibility issues with the components? Are there any swaps you'd recommend?

Thanks in advance for any feedback you can provide.

  1. The 500GB Caviar black isnt a good deal, you can pick up a Samsung F3 1TB for $5 more normally or $10 less with promo code, but it expires today

I would swap the PSU for the one in this combo, its a pretty sweet deal since the PSU is 15% off with promocode XFXPOWER bringing the combo price down to $217 before rebate giving you a stronger, still modular PSU for basically the same price both before and after rebate

Other than that everything is good and will work well together.
