ATI Radeon HD 3200 Integrated Graphics

Hello,
I'm working with a lady who has this graphics card in her computer and has a Gateway HDMI 22" Widescreen 1680x1050 Ultra Contrast 2000:1 HD Display Monitor. She isn't seeing the graphics on her monitor properly and she is getting lines on her graphics. Any clue as to what to adjust here?

What kind of lines? Strange multicolored lines?

Its an IGP so that limits the amount that can be wrong, check the cables to make sure everything is connected firmly, if everything is its likely a problem with the IGP itself in which case the motherboard needs replacing.

There can be possibility of driver problems here update to a new drivers or go for the more stable drivers ...
