I've had my 2 gtx260s for about a year now and I'm trying to decide whether to sell them and buy a powerful single card like a revised gtx 470, 480, or an updated 5870. Or should I just buy a third gtx 260

I have a 750 watt corsair PSU. If I go SLI with the more powerful single cards in the future, I'll upgrade that to a 1000 watt but if 750W can't handle 3 gtx 260s then I'll just buy the single card

I'll probably wait until the holiday season to buy this, or until Nvidia/ATI revises their current models (especially nvidia)

Im in the same boat Ive got 2 x 260's and am considering a GPU upgrade (cant quite manage several games at full graphics on 1080p). Im considering selling one of them and adding a 470 to my SLI setup with hybrid SLI.

Does hybrid SLI work as well as regular SLI if I mix my GPU's? Or should I keep one for dedicated Physx?

it will be better to sell both of them and get an gtx 480 as it can handle anything you want.....it has some heating issues but it can be overlooked if you want really decent gaming...
