Old laptop! New SSD?

Hi,

I have a HpG60 AMD Athlon Dual-core QL-60 1.90Ghz with 2gbs of Ram.
I would like to purchase an SSd and if possible upgrade to 4GB OF ram.
I will be upgrading the Operating system to Windows 7 Ultimate.

What would be the best value for money i have approximately 150.00 euro. Will be buying from WWW.DABS.IE.
Also if someone could help me Ive tried to figure out what ram i am currently using but cant find it anywhere tried in device manager could not see it.

Any advice would be great.
