Hello! My current setup is a MSI 890GXM-G65 (MS-7642) with two sticks of 2 gigs each and my comp is only using 2 of the 4 gigs. I have tried EVERYTHING but memory remapping due to that I can't find it ;) Any suggestions how to get those two gigs? My comp has lowered in performance and I don't like it!

Additional info: CPU-Z picks up that I have 4 gigs installed/2 gigs are reserved/DRAM freq is 666.7 MHz/FSB:DRAM 3:10

What operating system are you running? If it's Windows 7 or Vista, have you checked the msconfig boot tab? There is an advanced button that can specify maximum memory.

What are the rest of your specs? Graphics card, etc?

Windows 7 Home Premium/AMD Phenom IIx6 1090T/Radeon HD 6870

I have read about the msconfig thing, I read that I should uncheck the maximum memory also, it was already unchecked.

Edit: My RAM was the original RAM from a stock Best Buy computer, meaning I can't tell what it is ;p
