Unknown cause of ARTIFACTS

Hey guys,


So I'm getting artifacts with my computer as you can see here:

Here is a COMPLETE rundown of my system specs using CPUZ:

I'm just wondering if anyone of you will be able to find my problem somewhere... As far as I can tell, everything is running smoothly. However, as I tried to locate the problem with Memtest86 I kept failing Memtest #7 over and over... From what I've read on the forums test #7 is usually attributed with configuration problems? Anyways, I'm really hoping it's nothing major and that I will be able to fix it on my own.

Check if there's any drivers update for your graphic cards.

This site doesn't allow me to download your files. So what answers do you expect? And why not try to use some image hosting service, instead of a file hosting one? This way I wouldn't need to download your files, but will see them in the browser.
