IM GOING ON VACATION IN 2 DAYS SO I NEED TO RMA MY OLD ONE WHICH GAVE ME REBOOT LOOPS AND NO SIGNAL ON MONITOR
A PROFESSIONAL TOLD ME THAT MY COMPUTER ONLY FITS THIS MOBO WHICH DIDNT WORK

according to the link you provided that mobo requires ddr3 memory, but you have ddr2 memory. thats probly where the compatibility issue is. you need to look for a ddr2 with lga 1155 socket. according to the little bit of research i did on this there is no lga 1155 socket motherboard that supports ddr2 memory i dont know how it ever worked.

Ripjaws 2, There are lots of types DDR3 and 2 tell me your RAM specs. (the stuff on the box)

A few reviews for the RAM on newegg were bad and they claimed that the RAM isn't compatible with the P8P67, I bought P8P67-M but its all similar I guess.
And other reviews people had the maximus iv and it looks like it will work
