Lately I found out that I got the wrong HDD, instead of a SATA 6Gb/s I bought a SAS 6Gb/s, and I'm planning on using it on my ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77, I wanted to ask but.

Can my Seagate Constellation ES 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SAS 6Gb/s 3.5" Internal Enterprise connect to my ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77 Motherboard?

The ASUS P8Z77-V PRO doesn't have a SAS controller. You'd have to add one in order to use SAS drives; it would be much less expensive to exchange the hard disk.

Well what's a good SATA HDD, still trying to find one. Also another question, will the Corsair Force Series GS 240GB SATA III Internal SSD work with the motherboard I'm planning to use it with, still trying to find out if SATA 6gb/s is the same as SATA III or if it supports SATA III.

Your motherboard supports SATA III (6gb/s); use the Intel ports whenever possible. Constellation drives are available with a SATA III interface which is sort of meaningless for a hard disk . The less expensive Western Digital WD1002FAEX is a good drive if you don't need RAID.
