1)How fast does RAID 0 boost[2 drives 7200rpm]?How many HDD are needed in order to reach speed of single ssd?

1) Are 2 SSD in RAID 0 faster than SSD in TRIM mode?? And can SSDs in RAID activate TRIM mode?

1. RAID0 with HDDs will never reach the speed of a SSD, because raid0 doesn't reduce the seek time (HDD:13ms, SSD:1,5ms)
2. two SSDs in RAID0 are fast in benchmarks, but you will never ever notice the difference in a desktop system. But you will notice the data loss if the raid0 driver or one of the SDDs fail.
