Network & sound card off & on

Hi,

I am facing a problem of Automatic switch OFF of the sound. ALso network disables & enables automatically very frequently.
Please help in detecting whats wrong.
Upgraded drivers. In Ubuntu also same problem, hence it may be a hardware issue ?

Try disabling one of them to see if the other continues to do that. Maybe they are some how conflicting with each other.
