For ~$25 more(This has $20 Mail-In-Rebates if that matters), you get this X4 955 + MSI 870A combo...these have better chances of supporting the next gen AMD CPUs...

And OCZ RAM nowadays are pretty flaky, you can see that from the users reviews...

For 19$ more and the same amount in MIR (70$) here's better more reliable Ram, Mobo, HDD. Slightly less powerful PSU. Same CPU and GPU...

The only problem of that Mushkin... is that it has 1333Mhz and Cl 9, that means it has a cas latency of 13,49 nanoseconds, and thats a lot, they are slower than most of the drr2 rams.

^ Ya I do see that they have a CAS 9, but I doubt you would notice any significant performance difference if the PC will just be used for gaming and other day-to-day tasks...
But if you want a faster one, then maybe this ?
