    lastly, no one wants to persuade me to a gtx 460 instead? i will most likely use 1 card for a while, then maybe xfire/sli later.

    Since your going with the AMD, SLI would be cut off if you went with the GTX 460 endless u got the SLI hack for it which I have been reading isnt very fun :( Stick with the 5850 you'll be good for a while

    Having some issues with downloading the memory QVL.
  7. Yes everything is compatible, DO NOT USE QVL's they are inaccurate and its only what companies test. :) I would go for a 5850 for crossfire.
